Formal deputations

Formal deputations occur at Community Cabinet meetings and give individuals and organisations the chance to discuss issues directly with ministers relevant to their portfolios. Deputations are limited to 15 minutes per meeting.

It is recommended that you request a formal deputation to ensure you meet with the government representative of your choice.

To find out when and where the next Community Cabinet meeting will be held check the Community Cabinet page, or the announcements section in your local newspaper.
